Minimum 4 night stay required during the ski season.
Maximum Occupancy is 8 persons.
Renters must be 25 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult.

No Pets Allowed. Violation will be grounds for immediate removal without refund and a fine of $200.
Deposit Policy:
A damage deposit is not required. Damages or mising items will be billed to your credit card on file. This also applys to aditional guests, and early check-in, or late check-out without prior approval.
Refund Policy:
A 10% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation
For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
