A damage deposit is not required . Damages or missing items will be billed to your credit card on file. This also applys to additional guests, and early check-in, or late check-out without prior approval.
Refund Policy:
A 10% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation
For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
