As the owners, we maintain our own property, eliminating the high property management fees, and allowing our guests substantial savings by renting directly through us. We offer a unique alternative to the traditional hotel room or managed condo, with such features as a gas fireplace, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, large private deck, laundry room in unit, HD flat screen TV's with DVD and free movie channels, I-Pod docking stations, Wii game console, granite counter tops, full size stainless steel appliances, free wireless internet and custom mountain decor.

Since we are located in the heart of Winter Parks new resort village, we are steps away from all the various activities and events throughout the year, including ski in ski out access in the winter, allowing you to avoid the long lines and inconvenience of the busy ski shuttles.

Our rates are very competitive and start at only $199 nightly. We also waive the cleaning fee and security deposit, and our minimum stay of only 2 nights is very rare.
