We offer brand new luxurious lodging at the base of Winter Park Resort in the new village, just steps away from all the various activities throughout the year, including dining, shopping, summer entertainment, and the ultimate convienence of ski in/out access in the winter. We have two exceptional 2 bedroom/2 bath units, which are right next to each other, and are perfect for accomodating small groups, or multiple family's as well. These rare front corner units are larger than most, with more windows, bigger decks and incredible views of the slopes and beautiful new base village.

As the owners, we maintain the units ourselves, eliminating the high property management fees, and allowing our guests substantial savings by renting directly through us. We offer a unique alternative to the traditional hotel room or managed condo, with additional upgraded features that most don't include such as an extensive assortment of DVD's, games and books, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, large private deck, laundry room in unit, HD flat screen TV's with DVD player and free movie channels, I-Pod docking stations, Wii game console with over a dozen games, granite counter tops, full size stainless steel appliances, free wired and wireless internet and custom mountain decor.

Our rates are very competitive and start at only $149 nightly, and we are also currently waiving the $125 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit. Additionally we can assist you with discounts on lift tickets, equipment rentals, and summer attractions including the alpine slide, mini golf, human maze, climbing walls, scenic lift rides, gyroextreme, and the leaps and bounds bungee. Airport transportation is also available.
