Owners David and Elisabeth Repka bought their first vacation condo in Winter Park Colorado, after years of visiting the area. They decided to create their own vacation rental company after traveling around the United States, and being disappointed with several of the mountain accomodations they had rented. Afterwards, they set out to create a true luxury mountain experience, while keeping it affordable, thus Colorado Escapes LLC was born.
