Here Are Answers To Some Frequently Asked Questions.

1. What's the maximum group size that can stay in the condos?

The condos each sleep 6 adults comfortably, with room for a couple of extra children if necessary. Since the 2 units are next to each other, they can also accomodate groups or multiple family's.

2. How many bedrooms and bathrooms in each unit?

There are 2 of each. The master suite has a Posture Pedic king size bed, and the guest suite has a Posture Pedic queen size bed. There is also a queen size Posture Pedic sofa sleeper in the living room, and an additional foldout mattress pad for the floor as well.

3. Are the condos air conditioned?

No, at over 9000 ft. the temperature is very mild. There are also ceiling fans in each bedroom, and the living room.

4. Are linens provided?

Fresh, high quality linens are provided. The condos are completely ready to enjoy when you arrive.

5. Exactly where are the condos located?

The condos are rare front corner units on the 4th floor right next to each other, with one of the best locations available, and are in the new Founders Point building, which is in the heart of the Base Village.  These are true ski in ski out units, avoiding having to stand in a long line for the busy ski shuttles.

6. Can we get groceries and other supplies nearby?

There is a small store in the village, and we are only a 10 minute drive to the large Safeway store in Fraser.

7. Are the condos well equipped?

The condos are custom furnished, and completely equipped from top to bottom with everything you need for your stay, including a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, DVD library, flat screen surround sound TV's with free movie channels, Wii game console, I-Pod docking stations, games and books, all paper products including soaps, coffee, tea, spices, hot cocoa and other essentials.

8. How early should we make a reservation?

Generally speaking the earlier the better. We are normally full during the high ski season, and fairly busy during the summer as well. You can check availability through our online calender and reservation system.

9. Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed. We are pet lovers, but some of our guests may have allergies. Violation will be grounds for removal without refund and a fine of $200.

10. Is Smoking allowed?

There is no smoking allowed in the condo. Violation will be grounds for immediate removal without refund and a fine of $200.

11. Does the condos have a washer and dryer?

Yes, it has both right in the units.

12. Do the condos have a view?

The units have spectacular views of the new base village, ski hill, and amenities plaza. They are rare front corner units which provided several additional windows then most, and have one of the best location in the entire resort.

13. Are their some good places to eat nearby?

There are a number of excellent restaurants in the village, and nearby town of Winter Park, which is less then 2 miles away.

14. Are the condos equipped for children?

Yes, we have a large assortment of games,  free movie channels, Wii game console with over a dozen games, toys, Ipod docking stations and DVD's, and also include a portable crib, booster chair with tray, and some children's dishes in the kitchen.

15. Do you provide a refund if we need to cancel our reservation?

We will glady refund your deposit, if a cancellation occurs 60 days or more before your arrival. (with a rebooking fee of $50 or 10% which ever is greater) If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of your arrival, we will only pro-rate the refund if we are able to re-rent the unit for that period. 16. Where do you check in?

Guests will check in at the front desk of the Zephyr Mountain Lodge, which is right across the street from the Founders Pointe building.

17. When is check-in and check-out?

Normally check-in is 4pm, and check-out is 10am, but that can be adjusted if available.
