We offer brand new luxurious lodging at the base of Winter Park Resort in the new village, just steps away from all the various activities throughout the year. This includes dining, shopping, scheduled entertainment, summer attractions and the ultimate convenience of ski in/out access in the winter. The majority of rentals in the area are located in the outlining towns several miles away, and require you to wait in a long line for an old school bus shuttle to take you to the resort. Both of our units are right at the mountain base, and are only a 2 minute walk to the first ski lift.

We have two exceptional 2 bedroom/2 bath units, which are right next to each other, and are perfect for accommodating small groups, or multiple family's. These rare premium front corner units are larger than most, with more windows, bigger decks and incredible views of the slopes and beautiful new base village. We also provide an additional discount if you rent both units.

As the owners, we maintain the units ourselves, eliminating the high property management fees, and allowing our guests substantial savings by renting directly through us. We offer a unique alternative to the traditional hotel room or managed condo, with additional upgraded features that most rentals don't have, including an extensive assortment of DVD's, games and books, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, large private covered deck, laundry room in unit, HD flat screen TV's with DVD player and free movie channels, I-Pod docking stations, Wii game console with over a dozen games, granite counter tops, full size stainless steel appliances, free wired and wireless internet, and custom mountain decor.
